What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Call Performance Plus®  Card Services immediately toll-free at 844-391-4610 immediately.  Lost or stolen cards can be reported 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Performance Plus® Customer Service (800-875-0190) can also assist you Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 p.m. Central Time. Your card account will be cancelled and a new Performance Plus® Prepaid Card issued. It is important that you report a lost or stolen Performance Plus® Prepaid Card promptly. Until you call to report the incident anyone who has your Performance Plus® Prepaid Card can use it.  If you request a new  Performance Plus® Prepaid Card, it will ship via US Mail and should arrive in approximately 10 to 14 business days.  A service fee will apply.
